Our projects are real-world practice, our youth learn by doing, across the Salmon Project, Future Designer, and Future Entrepreneur, Youth Maker Hub is guided by one shared philosophy: growth through action and responsibility.
Each initiative combines real-world practice, structured mentorship, and collaborative teamwork. Students learn to build with intention, think strategically, and lead through contribution.
Beyond individual projects, we cultivate a community rooted in accountability, integrity, and generational support — where learners grow, leaders return, and contribution defines culture.
Future Entrepreneur
Future Entrepreneur is a hands-on initiative that guides youth through the full lifecycle of launching a real product or idea.
Participants conduct research, competitive analysis, define target markets, develop pricing strategies, and design branding and marketing plans before moving into execution.
Working in collaborative teams, youth learn to leverage complementary strengths, manage responsibilities, and make strategic decisions together.
The process does not end at launch. Through post-project reflection, performance review, and product refinement, students learn to iterate, improve, and strengthen their ideas.
This project is more than an entrepreneurship training, it cultivates business literacy, accountability, and disciplined execution.
Salmon Project
The Salmon Project is one of Youth Maker Hub’s core initiatives, built around the principle of giving back and lifting the next generation.
Inspired by the idea of return and renewal, the project creates a structured cycle of peer-to-peer and cross-generational support. from Middle school students to High school students , from young adult to professional, each stage strengthens the next.
Through job shadowing, mentorship, consultant studios, and guided project collaboration, participants gain both leadership experience and practical exposure to real-world environments.
The Salmon Project is not simply about guidance — it is about building a sustainable culture of contribution, where every mentor was once a learner, and every learner rises to guide the next.
Future Designer
What does it take to turn a simple idea — something like dog waste bag — into a thoughtfully designed product?
In our Future Designer program, students experience the full journey from observation to creation. It begins with identifying real needs — and exploring how products can be more functional, sustainable, and user-centered.
From there, students move into concept development, structural design, and prototyping. They test ideas, gather feedback, and refine details through iteration. Along the way, they gain exposure to manufacturing processes — sometimes visiting partner factories to understand how designs translate into scalable products.
Future Designer cultivates creativity, product thinking, and disciplined execution — helping students understand how thoughtful design moves from imagination to industry.
