Our Projects
Our projects are built on real-world practice,
guided by a shared principle:
growth through action and responsibility.
Participants engage not only to complete a project,
but to move through a process of development.
They begin as learners —
observing, participating, and building understanding.
They grow into leaders —
taking ownership and guiding execution.
And they return as mentors —
supporting others and extending what they have learned.
This ongoing cycle
creates continuity across projects,
and shapes a culture where
experience is passed on,
responsibility is shared,
and contribution is expected.

Impact Lab
Inspired by the idea of return and renewal, the Salmon Project is built on the principle of giving back and lifting the next generation. It creates a structured circle of peer-to-peer and cross-generational support.
The project establishes a deliberate pathway of tutorship, mentorship, Career Salon, Job Shadowing, and community engagement. It is designed to cultivate leadership not as status, but as responsibility in motion.
The Salmon Project is about building a sustainable culture of contribution, where every mentor was once a learner, and every learner rises to guide the next.
We are committed to meaningful community impact. All profits generated through this initiative support charitable causes — one of the ways our members give back.
Entrepreneur Lab
Entrepreneur Lab is designed for young change-makers who want to turn ideas into real initiatives.
Members explore how businesses are built — from identifying problems and validating ideas to designing models and presenting solutions.
Another core takeaways of this program is understanding the power of teamwork.
Participants quickly realize:
Strong ideas become stronger through collaboration.
Different strengths create stronger outcomes.
Entrepreneurship is not just about starting something, it does not end at launch either, it is about building something that lasts.
Design Lab
Future Designer is an exploration lab — a place where your interests and talents become real, tangible projects.
Whether it starts as a hobby, a personal passion, or a skill you’ve been quietly developing, we help you turn it into something actionable and market-ready.
Through this process, members learn to:
-
Clarify their value
-
Understand basic market logic
-
Design with purpose
-
Execute with responsibility
-
Present and refine their work
Future Designer is not about theory.
It is about building, testing, and improving.
